Bankruptcy Counseling
If you're planning to file for bankruptcy, the law requires that you complete a pre counseling session with an approved credit counseling agency. In addition to this, before your bankruptcy can be discharge the law states that you must complete a debtor education course. ACCC, can help you with both of these requirements.
