Pre-Bankruptcy Counseling

If you're planning to file for bankruptcy, the law requires that you complete a U.S. Trustee approved Credit Counseling Briefing before you file your bankruptcy petition.  ACCC has created two options to choose from in order to complete your counseling session. Please choose which is the most convenient for you or you may contact us at 866-826-6924.

Online Counseling
Step 1: Complete the online portion of your counseling
Step 2: Call us at 866-826-6924 to complete your counseling
Step 3: Upon Completion we will issue your certificate.

Counseling by Telephone
Step 1: Call American Consumer Credit Counseling at 866-826-6924.
Step 2: The counselor will go through the credit counseling session over the phone.
Step 3: Upon Completion we will issue your certificate.

A certificate of completion will be issued once the session is completed.
